چکیده

Abstract. Conservation tillage has attracted increasing attention over recent decades, mainly due to its benefits for improving soil organic matter content and reducing erosion. However, the effects of long-term straw mulching under a no-till system on physicochemical properties bacterial communities at different depths are still unclear. In this 12-year experiment removal (CK) (SM) treatments, samples were collected 0–5, 5–10, 10–20, 20–30 cm depths. The results showed that contents carbon (C), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) fractions, abundance significantly decreased, whereas pH increased with depth. Compared CK, SM total N, inorganic available P, potassium, water 0–5 cm, C 0–10 dissolved N 0–20 cm. Regarding communities, relative abundances Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Acidobacteria but reduced those Actinobacteria, Chloroflexi, Cyanobacteria. Bacterial Shannon diversity Shannon's evenness by treatment compared CK treatment. Furthermore, some C-cycling genera (such as Terracidiphilus Acidibacter) N-cycling Rhodanobacter, Rhizomicrobium, Dokdonella, Reyranella, Luteimonas) Principal coordinate analysis largest difference in composition between occurred Soil fractions major drivers shaping communities. Overall, is highly recommended because fertility abundance.

Impact of Amendments on the Physical Properties of Soil under Tropical Long-Term No Till Conditions

Tropical regions have been considered the world's primary agricultural frontier; however, some physico-chemical deficiencies, such as low soil organic matter content, poor soil structure, high erodibility, soil acidity, and aluminum toxicity, have affected their productive capacity. Lime and gypsum are commonly used to improve soil chemical fertility, but no information exists about the long-te...

Tillage Effects on Soil Quality Indicators and Nematode Abundance in Loessial Soil under Long- Term No-Till Production

Soil quality indicators and nematode abundance were characterized in a loessial soil under long-term conservation tillage to evaluate the effects of no-till, double-disk, chisel, and moldboard plow treatments. Indicators included soil electrical conductivity (EC), soil texture, soil organic matter (SOM), and total particulate organic matter (tPOM). Nematode abundance was positively correlated w...

Long-term Fertilization Structures Bacterial and Archaeal Communities along Soil Depth Gradient in a Paddy Soil

Soil microbes provide important ecosystem services. Though the effects of changes in nutrient availability due to fertilization on the soil microbial communities in the topsoil (tilled layer, 0-20 cm) have been extensively explored, the effects on communities and their associations with soil nutrients in the subsoil (below 20 cm) which is rarely impacted by tillage are still unclear. 16S rRNA g...
